The 5 R’s
When it comes to our service we aim high, in fact, very high. We are determined
to provide the best service of any agency in the world. This pretty tall order comes down to one pretty small word – care.
The following Service Principles reflect just how much we care about our work, our service, our clients, and how much we care about ourselves. We see them simply
as the 5 R’s. Our aim is that you see them in us.

Our aim is to establish great relationships with our clients, our team and suppliers. We appreciate that great relationships only come from earning great trust. |

We treat people with respect no matter who they are or what they do. There is a catch, we also expect the same level of respect in return. | |

It is our responsibility to make things happen. We provide solutions not problems. We do whatever it takes to get the job done. And we accept full responsibility for everything we do. | |

We make ourselves available. We make our work the best it can be, we make it on time and we make it on budget. We make it because we’re passionate about it. We also like to make a good impression.

There are plenty of people ‘out’ there who, every now and then, will do the wrong thing. There are none of those people ‘in’ Workshop. We know the difference between right and wrong as integrity. We will always do the right thing. |
